Day 1 Airport - Kitulgala |
As you arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport in Colombo, an agent’s
representative will receive you and take you to Kithulgala. En-route you will be
able to visit the elephant orphanage in Pinnawala, where you can view the feeding of
elephants, which takes place daily. The highlight of this event is to observe
feeding of baby elephants using Milk bottles. After feeding of the elephants they
will be taken by foot to nearby river for their daily bath. Then you will be able to
visit the spice garden. Sri Lanka has always been renowned for its spices. Over 15
different spices call Sri Lanka home and many of them are traded in the
international spice market. Cinnamon especially is endemic to Sri Lanka, and highest
quality ‘true cinnamon’ can be obtained here. After reaching Kithulgala, check-in to

Day 2 Kitulgala |
After a delicious breakfast, visit Kithulgala. Kitulgala is a small town in the west
of Sri Lanka. It is in the wet zone rain forest, inside the jungles of Kitulgala
there are plenty of camping opportunities which can be coupled with White Water
Rafting, Bird Watching, Jungle Walks, River bathing and many adventure activities.

Day 3 Kitulgala - Ella |
After breakfast, you will proceed to Ella. You can enjoy the special train ride from
Kandy to Ella. Then you will be able to visit the Ravana falls in Ella. Overnight

Day 4 Ella |
After the breakfast will enjoy the beauty of Ella by visiting the Little Adam Peak.
Little Adams Peak whether considering the word ‘Little’, it is named after the
sacred Adams Peak (Sri Pada –where the foot print of Lord Buddha is preserved)
regarding the similarity between the two mountains. Therefore, the mountain was
called as Little Adams Peak. It will be priceless if you could visit the place in
the morning when the clouds roll in. Further places like Little Adams Peak
deliberates ‘How far Sri Lanka is worth and rich with beautiful natural destinations
of Sri Lankan tourism. It will feel like a neck exercise for the visitors as you
have to rotate your body to seek the views outstanding for 360 degrees. After that
you will see the amazing nine arche bridge in Ella. The Nine Arch Bridge in Ella is
on the Demodara loop and spans 91 meters at a height of 24m. The beautiful nine
arches make it a very picturesque spot especially as it is located in a dense jungle
and agricultural setting. Behind the railway, a forest is booming and below, tea

Day 5 Ella - Yala |
After the breakfast you will proceed to Yala. In Yala you will be able to do the Yala
Safari. Yala National Park that consists of five blocks is the most visited and
second largest national park in Sri Lanka. Though Yala spreads over an area of 1260
square kilometers, only one fifth of the area is open to the visitors. Four-fifths
of the park is a strictly designated Natural Reserve. Adjoining the eastern border
of the park is Kumana. Of all the National Parks in Sri Lanka, Yala National Park
gives the best opportunity to witness Sri Lanka’s broad variety of wildlife:
colorful painted stork in troops are seen perched at the shores of lagoon where the
crocodiles too have chosen to doze off; lovely fantailed peacocks in their
resplendent blues and greens parade about amidst the woods where monkeys hang, leap
and chatter; in the bush jungle are the Elephants; crossing the tracks and wandering
off into the thorny scrub jungle is the star attraction of the park: the leopard. A
total of 32 species of mammals have been recorded. The threatened species include
sloth bear (Melursus ursinus), Leopard (Panthera pardus kotiya), elephant (Elephas
maximus), water buffalo (Bubalus bubalis), Wild boar (Sus scrofa), spotted deer
(Axis axis ceylonessis), sambar (Cervus unicolor) and golden jackal (Canis aureus).

Day 6 Yala - Hikkaduwa |
After the breakfast, proceed to Hikkaduwa. En-route you wilol be able to visit the
Galle fort. Galle Fort, is situated in the Bay of Galle on the south coast of Sri
Lanka. It was built first in 1588 by the Portuguese, and then extensively fortified
by the Dutch during the 17th century from 1649 onwards. The Galle Fort has been
declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site under criteria IV, for its unique exposition
of an urban ensemble which illustrates the interaction of European architecture and
South Asian traditions from the 16th to the 19th centuries. Today, most of the
properties are owned by the Sri Lankan Government and a few Dutch people who had the

Day 7 Hikkaduwa - Airport |
After a delicious breakfast, check-out from the hotel and enjoy the glass bottom boat
ride in Hikkaduwa. Finally, your chauffeur guide with comfortable take you back to
the international airport for a safe return journey.
